It combines brain based training with functional fitness, high performance techniques, mindset development and modern yoga. Every single attribute of Hannah's offer is immensely important to athleticism and mastering a pain-free healthy lifestyle. Not addressing any one of these may be what prevents you from ever reaching your true potential.
What you can expect:
Before you start working with Hannah in person, she'll e-mail you a client intake form asking for goals, concerns, medical history and lifestyle. The initial consultation contains a Neuro Check-Up (testing visual system, vestibular system, proprioceptive system), a comprehensive movement analysis, clarifying your goals and determine a plan for your success.
Your second step working with Hannah. This package includes 12 sessions. Every session combines brain-targeted training with high performance techniques, mindset development and emotion code. Hannah is going to constantly re-evaluate and re-assess your progress and your homework drills to make sure you reach your goal.
One Session has a duration of 60 – 75 Minutes. The payment for the packages is collected in advance on the first session. Please bring your debit or credit card with you.
